My air purifier fan has stopped working. The air purifier powered on at first, and the fan made a rattling noise, so i turned it off to clean it (directed as the instruction booklet describes cleaning). Then, when powered on again, the fan no longer runs. So, now, it powers on but does absolutely nothing - except has the blue light feature.
The booklet said to contact customer support. I can't find customer support.
