Where Is Washable and Detachable Pre-Filter?

Hello. I just purchased the Advanced Medical Grade H13 True HEPA Air Purifier. Where is the 'washable and detachable' pre-filter?
There is nothing detachable on the one big white filter that came with the product, so I am very confused. I don't know how to clean the pre-filter because I can't find it. Thank you.

Thanks for your contact. May I know which model you have? AirMic4S or AirMax8L, if you purchase the 4S, the Pre-filter can be washable and it is just like a thin mesh, which is Pre-installed on the outermost layer of the white pet-allergy filter. So, you can directly take it down to wash.

Thanks for your question, please remove the pre-filter, wash it by hand or wipe it with a towel, and put it back on after the pre-filter has dried.
