Hi, Before I purchased my 2 units, I posted in this forum requesting information on the shipping charges to Canada. I also specifically asked if these items would be shipped from Canada and I was told that "since I was a preferred customer", that you would cover the shipping. And you confirmed that there would not be any additional charges.
Today, I received a call from Federal Express stating that I needed to contact them to arrange payment of duty and taxes at the border. As you can tell, I was not expecting additional charges. Can you please let me know how I need to proceed to ensure that I am not billed for something that I did not agree to?
I also intend to order 2 other units because I am pleased with the first one thus far but I need to have this issue resolved first.
